Managing Partner
Dr. Jeff Richmond has 15 years of experience across real estate, capital markets, multifamily and Opportunity Zone investments, including at CapMatch and OZ Listings. He grew and led a national real estate organization with more than $2 billion in annual volume, and served as Chief Operating Partner at ACARA Management. His Opportunity Zone work includes, among other projects, a $500 million hotel. At QOZB Management, he leads the firm’s structure, compliance and reporting work.
